Every day in All MTB Andorra tour will offer a new bike trail in a different place! However, they all have in common one thing- exceptional sceneries! We will ride some spectacular single tracks with big climbs and even bigger descents in an amazing countryside! We will also ride Vallnord or Soldeu Bike Parks.
Accommodation
You will stay in a family-run hotel above the village of Ordino, in full board with sandwiches for the days out. This 3* hotel has all the commodities that you need (WI-FI, SPA, Swimming pool, Fitness and more…) with one of the most stunning views of the valley. This cozy and warm hotel with nice Catalan/Spanish food is perfect to rest after a hard day on the trails.
Difficulty
The trails vary from intermediate to high grade. In a few words: the trails are technically challenging, with some steep and exposed section. There are some hiking sections with long descents. All participants must be fit to enjoy this trip! We often stop to enjoy the view, take some pictures, repair punctures etc…
The obligatory bike equipment
For this trip, you will need a full suspension bike with min 120mm travel fork and suspension. All participants should have their bike in excellent working order before the beginning of this trip! We will send you a list of the equipment required when you book the trip. For more convenience, we recommend you to bring your helmet, protections and in case you will rent a bike, your clips pedals.
Climate
In the Pyrenees, the weather is usually mild and dry, but it can change very fast and be foggy, or rainy for several days. You should be prepared for those conditions. We recommend at least 3 layers to face all late spring and summer weather conditions.
Safety
Trips take place in some remote regions, that could be difficult to access by car. There is always a risk and hazard on the trail we ride. You have to ride within your limits and be safe any time as mountain biking is a dangerous sport. Our guide has a first aid kit and basic first aid training. If a serious injury is suspected, we will call the rescue team, which usually comes by helicopter. The search and rescue are at costs of the participant. This is the reason why personal insurance is mandatory.
Notice!
This program could change anytime, regarding the weather or snow conditions. Also, for the safety of the group, the leader can modify any stage if he considers it necessary (group level). We are always searching for new trails to give the best mountain-bike of our countryside.
