Let us take you on this wonderful Nepal Multi-activity tour! Explore the cultural sightseeing places as well as stay active with our numerous sports activities aside. During this tour, you will explore the surroundings of  Kathmandu and Pokhara, trek around Annapurna Circuit, experience some white water rafting and observe the elephants, crocodiles, and birds. These are just some of the activities that you will experience during our multi-activity tour! To conclude, in only 9 days, we will show you the best of Nepal’s culture and wildlife!

Optional activity: This package can also be prolonged for another day. An optional activity can be included – Mountain Flight tour! This activity takes you on a fantastic and breathtaking flight tour over Mt. Everest and other 26.247 ft mountains of Nepal & Tibet. If interested, we can arrange this tour on the Day 09 in the morning.

Day 1 – Arrival to Nepal

Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 – Sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath & Kathmandu Durbar Square

Pashupatinath Temple

Situated 3 miles east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river. The temple is built in pagoda style and has jilted roof with richly carved silver doors. Visitors will be allowed to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River. The entrance to the temple is being strictly forbidden to all non-Hindus. Pashupatinath is the center of an annual pilgrimage on the day of Shivaratri, which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple, there are the cremation grounds.

Boudhanath Stupa

This Stupa, 5 miles east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal directions, thus keeping watch for right behavior and human prosperity. This Buddhis Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.

Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the most popular tourist destinations enlisted in World Heritage Sites. Clustered around the central Durbar Square are the old Royal Palace (Hanuman Dhoka), numerous interesting temples, the Kumari Chowk or Kumari Bahal (House of the Living Goddess) and the Kasthamandap (House of Wood) from which Kathmandu derived its present name. An inquisitive exploration in the Durbar Square reveals the ancient art and architecture of Nepal which has proved to be a masterpiece to everyone accepting its genuineness.

Day 3 – White-water rafting at Trishuli river rafting

Transfer to the start of Trishuli river rafting. We will enjoy a couple of hours of white water rafting. Further transfer to Pokhara follows. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, we will all relax at lakeside.

Day 4 – Trekking day

We will start our day with a drive to Kande (5800 ft). This will be the start of our trekking. The goal of our trekking expedition will be the Australian Camp (6800 ft) which will take about 2 hours. You will be able to see the Annapurna Mountain range en route along with passing rhododendron & oak forests.

Day 5 – Trekking day 2

Today our trek will be Dhampus (5400 ft) – Phedi (3700 ft) which will take about three hours. After that, we will proceed to Mountain Museum by a private vehicle. A transfer back to the hotel in Pokhara will be organized.

Day 6 – Chitwan National Park

Transfer from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park, one of Asia’s finest wildlife areas. Foraging rhinos can be frequently seen from the camp itself and, occasionally during the spring, herds of gaur that descend to the plains. Tiger sightings are also possible. Our activities will include elephant safaris, game drives, nature walks, and canoe-rides. The cool winter evenings are spent around a campfire.

Day 7 – Chitwan National park day 2

The Chitwan National Park is widely acknowledged as one of the best national parks in Asia. It lies in the Terai region of southern Nepal. A diverse combination of nature is found here, thus providing a perfect habitat for wildlife. It harbors many globally threatened species including the Royal Bengal Tiger, great one-horned Rhino, Gharial crocodile, Asian Elephant, Sloth bear, Leopard and many more!

During your stay in National Chitwan Park, you are going to experience various nature and cultural program such as:

Canoe Trip: You can enjoy a canoe trip on either the Rapti River or the Budhi Rapti River. You can see two types of crocodiles, the Gharial and Mugger basking on the river bank.

Bird Watching: For the bird watchers, it is a Paradise Island with over 450 species of exotic birds of domestic as well as migratory birds! Many are threatened species, e.g. the Great pied hornbill, Bengal Florican, Peregrine falcon, lesser adjutant storks, etc. A bird watching trip will be a memorable experience.

Nature Walk: Our experienced naturalists will accompany you to the more specialized habitats. This is the ideal opportunity to explore and experience the beauty of the flora and fauna. The authority of the naturalist must be closely observed to obviate any risks from wildlife attacks.

Elephant Breeding Centre: This is the first Elephant breeding center in Asia. You can see baby elephants socializing with their parents and other babies. This center is government owned and its purpose is to raise the young elephants and to train them to convey tourist around the region.

Village tour: Excursion in Tharu village will grant you an exhilarating experience. Tharus are the indigenous inhabitant of the Terai. We will offer guided cultural tours to meet the locals and experience their traditional self-sufficient way of life.

Cultural Program: In the evening, you will get an opportunity to be a part of Tharu folk dance. The drummers and symbolic stick dancers perform traditional movements and invite guests to join them in this rhythmic display. Such cultural shows performed by Tharus are an unforgettable experience. The Tharus in their traditional colorful costumes, unique in their disparity with the common mode of dress all over Nepal, are sure to captivate you.

Elephant safari: You will be able to ride on an elephant’s back. From up there, you can view the wild life of the area in their natural habitat.

Elephant Bathing: Your guide will take you to the specific place where you can observe elephant bathing.

Crocodile Walk: One more option is to go for a crocodile walk. It goes through grassland and forest along the bank of Rapti / Narayani river. We promise it’s safe! 🙂

Day 8 – Departure for Kathmandu

A transfer back from Chitwan to Kathmandu.

Our Sweet Service: Farewell dinner at typical Nepali cultural heritage restaurant where you can enjoy the typical Nepal food along with Nepal cultural musical dance program.

Day 9 – Departure day home

Check out from your hotel in Kathmandu and transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight. A prebooked optional Mountain flight tour can be also arranged in the morning.

Your safety is their number one priority, closely followed by your enjoyment of the tour. They will always be on-hand to answer any questions or requests you may have throughout your trip. We choose our guides for their expertise in outdoor activities. They are experts in their fields.
We only run small group adventures to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible and not get lost in the crowd. There will generally be between seven and 14 people in each group. The minimum number of people we require to run our tours is four.
Our tour caters for a wide age range, typically between 30 and 60 years old, but age is simply a state of mind, as they say, and we welcome anyone over the age of 18! 
Tours are designed at your own pace and you will enjoy no matter what your age.

Each evening your guides will chat with you about the following day’s activities and give you an idea of the sorts of trails you can look forward to. If there’s anything you feel anxious about, your guides will be happy to discuss it with you.
We recommend following a general training in the weeks leading up to your trip.
Your guide will be very happy to give you some bike skills training during your trip to help improve your confidence and your enjoyment of your bike adventure. 

As fellow sports enthusiasts, we understand the comfort you may find in riding with your own gear. Due to things can get a bit challenging when it comes to traveling please consult our booking manager prior to departure.

Q. Will I have to carry my own luggage?
You will never have to worry about your bags on tour. You only need to carry a daypack with you whilst riding. We have a support vehicle and driver who will transfer your luggage to your next accommodation each day, and have it ready and waiting for your arrival.
On your holiday you will be staying in a range of comfortable, welcoming local accommodations, including traditional guest houses, small hotels, and a boutique hotel. For details please consult with your booking manager.
Traveling light is the key. Although the daytime and nighttime temperatures can vary in the mountains, so you must make sure that you have plenty of layers of breathable clothing to ensure that you are always warm enough and can remove a layer if you get too hot. 
You should also bring cycling shorts/trousers, gloves, padded undershorts, waterproof jacket, flip-flops, specific shoes for cycling.
Where the meals are included in Bikehiketours itineraries they are in a group setting. 
Your Bikehiketours guide will also be with you during these scheduled meals. 
During the meals that are not included in the itinerary, you are free to choose where you would like to dine. Your guide will advise you the best places to dine for these meals. You can choose to join with others and decide to dine together somewhere or, if you desire some independent time, you are also always welcome to do your own thing.
Medical insurance is mandatory on all of our holidays. We also recommend trip cancellation insurance. Contact your booking manager and we will help you choose the right plan for your holiday.
Many of our travelers join as singles. We charge single supplement fee to solo travelers for single room use. But don’t worry, we can pair you with another traveler of the same gender if you like.


A single supplement is an additional charge for a private room for guests traveling alone.
The cost of our holidays does not include international airfare. However, we are happy to assist you in booking flights to join with each tour. The prices vary depending on the season and the point of departure.
We can arrange early arrivals and extended visits. We will be happy to provide suggestions and ideas.
