What to expect?
A weekend filled with great biking, fun company, and positive vibes! There will be a 3-day MTB clinic with the one and only Charlotte Batty, who will help you improve your biking skills and technique. While riding some of the most amazing trails around Catskills, you will dare to become a more confident rider! We will work on your fears and help you get over them. In the evenings, there will be fun and instructive video sessions at the fireplace with a glass of wine, where you will have a chance to relax and chat with other ladies!
Every day, there will be yoga sessions aiming to stretch your muscles and relax the body after biking. Yoga sessions are taught by a certified yoga teacher with experiences in working on outdoor retreats.
What bike should I have to join the clinic?
Your bike must have 2″ treaded tires, disc brakes, and at least front suspension (full suspension is highly encouraged). Please, make sure your bike is in proper working order before joining the camp.
We understand your travel anxiety in these times, that is why we created this perfect worry-free, short travel trip in the adventure capital of NYC – Catskills! We believe nature heals everything and a good old-fashioned chill in the countryside relieves you from all the stress and worries.
Local travel, private departure, private & high standard accommodation, small group, and organic food is there for you! We carefully disinfect all the equipment and accommodation after every use, while the area itself, takes care of the rest. Play safe in the outdoors was always our moto!
Your Catskills dream lodge
Our lodge near Hudson Valley comes with all modern amenities and provides a much-needed respite from the city! The area around Hudson Valley offers an idyllic countryside where you can slow down and enjoy the great nature.
Located in the heart of Catskills, there are a few places that are more remote and safer than this one. Our chalet is located right on the border with the forest and offers numerous options to unwind and soothe your soul.
The house was designed with your enjoyment and relaxation in mind. This space is perfect for retreats, as it boasts with a grand kitchen, where your in-house chef will prepare you delicious meals, a big and open area for dining and a cozy lounge room for hanging together at the fireplace in the evening.
Rooming is organized on a double room basis for two people. You can always choose to upgrade into a single room at an additional cost.
Being located so close to nature, we encourage disconnection from everyday jobs. Focusing on ourselves, our comfort and wellness is the priority during this weekend away from the city.
Meals are organized in the lodge itself. Breakfast is on a self-service basis, focusing on organic food with vegan options too. Throughout the day, there is fresh fruit available in the kitchen and some healthy snacks to boost your energy. Lunch is free and optional, you can always try out the nearby restaurants, that we recommend. Dinner is included in the price and is prepared by our local, in-house chef. Everything is based on organic foods, local ingredients, and prepared to cater to active & healthy women.
This Women-only MTB weekend in Catskills is available from August till September.
We also offer an option of a private group departure from NYC to the final holiday destination. Individual arrivals up to the lodge are due to arrive on Friday after work, by the set time (see details below).

|WEAR||Be prepared for weather changes, so bring lots of layers and enough clothes. Comfortable bike clothing, sports shoes, jacket, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If possible, bring sturdy, flat shoes. We can provide yoga mats if you need them.|
